On your way up the Oregon Coast Highway, make sure you stop to get a view of the Heceta Head Lighthouse and Devil's Elbow Cove. On second thought, make an afternoon of it. Between the sheltered beach and the sandy banks of Cape Creek, the tide pools to explore, several miles of hiking trails and a lighthouse that dates back over a century, you'll find plenty to do.
